All purchasers of our products agree that they are U.S. Citizens at least 18 years of age. You agree to waive all legal rights to sue the website owners, CKM Products and BigFanBox.com for damages possibly resulting from the use of this site or the products that you purchase on it. There are NO refunds! We only ship to the lower 48 states. Some of the contents of our BigFanBoxes may be brand new, used, vintage, original, reproductions or a variety there of.

CKM Products, BigFanBox.com and the owners of this site do NOT have any affiliation or relationship with any professional athletes, professional sports teams, or professional associations such as the NFL, NBA, NBL, ABL etc. We simply create gift boxes containing products that were produced in the USA and elsewhere by others. While we try to do our best to procure items that are authentic and properly licensed, we cannot guarantee it. Do to pricing and availability, some of the items that we sell in our BigFanBoxes™ may be vintage and not brand new. They may even be even slightly used or considered new old stock.
